How long does it take for my order to process?

Once you pay for your order under $50 in full or pay for half deposit for orders over $50 please allow 7-14 business days to process your order. If you need your order before 14 days please make sure to specify in the notes when you check out. Most orders are completed within the 14 day time frame.

When does rush order fees apply?

Rush order fees will apply to orders accordingly:

Week In Advance: $5

2-6 Days In Advance $10

Do you drop off orders?

All orders must be picked up. If you need your order dropped off there will be a $10 service fee.

Can you meet me with my order?

We do not meet for orders that have selected Pick-Up. If you are not able to pick up please pay for shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

Being that all items are customized/personalized there will be no refunds unless there is a manufacture defect. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! The deposit for orders over $50 are NON-REFUNDABLE.
