Returns
Due to all products being customized just the way you like it we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once orders have been processed & materials have been ordered there are no refunds. Refunds are only given due to unforeseen circumstances if management agrees upon.

Deposits can be used toward future purchases and will be credited to those accounts.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Upon ordering be mindful of shirt sizes when choosing ladies fit shirts. If ordered & they do not fit as desired they cannot be exchanged or remade due to customer choice sizes.
